The Pre Launch

GOAL: Build a recognizable brand, establish early awareness, and create the foundational assets needed to enter launch with clarity and confidence.

  • Full Brand Development
    Logo suite (4 logos), color palette, fonts, three additional designs of your choice, 3 rounds of revisions, brand guidelines.

    Social Media Management (SMM)
    During this stage, we recommend initial setup or refinement of social accounts, a short-term content plan, and profile branding to begin building awareness and growing your audience before opening.

    Website Design
    A simple landing page is recommended in pre-launch—something that introduces the brand, shares the story, and allows people to sign up for updates so excitement and interest can start building early.

  • We know that the start-up phase can be intimidating, which is why we offer a bundled discount of 20% if you book multiple services. Prices do NOT reflect the discount.

    Prices also reflect intermediate tiers, higher and lower investment options are available but this is our advisement.

    Starter Website: $1,600

    Full Brand Development: $1,800

    1st tier, SMM Consulting Package: $150/month

    • Weekly content ideas tailored to fit your strategy & phase + three office hours/month (60 minute appointments)

    Total Investment Advised: $3,400 one time + $200/month until launch

GOAL: Generate excitement, drive visibility, and encourage customers to visit, purchase, and engage during opening.

Please note, because this project is a projection of future opportunities, it is based around deliverables not financial investment.

  • Enhanced Social Media Management & Marketing Strategy

    • Local influencer collabs

    • Emphasis on short-form video & b-roll

    • Strategic graphics

    • Strategic interactivity plans

      • Giveaways, polls, etc

    • Addition of HCC to traveling apps

    Content Creation

    • Professional photography & videography capturing the “vibes” and the story of HCC.

      • Recommend one long-form video, capturing your story.

    Website Upgrade

    • Integrate online ordering

    • Multipage presence, including long-form video (increase buy in)

    • Add “host with us” form

    Additional Brand Designs

    • Designs for necessary launch items

      • signage, menus, stickers, merch, etc.

  • Begins March 1st!

    Investment will vary, to be decided two weeks prior to package start with revised contract.

    • Because this stage is further development of stage 1 items, plan for more hourly pricing structure.

GOAL: Maintain momentum, deepen community connection, and build long-term, sustainable marketing systems that support growth and repeat business.

Please note, because this project is a projection of future opportunities, it is based around deliverables not financial investment.

  • We recommend developing an on-going partnership to support your post-launch 6 months after your launch.

  • Begins 4-6 months after launch

    Investment will vary, to be decided two weeks prior to package start with revised contract.

    • Because this stage is designed to support your long-term growth, most options are package/retainer based.
